About the Book
Modern Project Management shows today's manager how to keep a project on time, under budget, and on target to achieve
its stated goals. This comprehensive, step-by-step project management blueprint balances theory, practice, and even a
bit of psychology to cover the five essential components of project execution - cost accounting, progress measurement,
variance tracking and change control, performance evaluation, and productivity measurement. In addition, it fills in the
knowledge gaps by asking and then answering every important question in the critical but often misunderstood project
management process.
Modern Project Management will give you a new appreciation of the different components of project management as well as
the interrelationship between those components. Combined with its innovative Modern Project software, it will provide you
with a better understanding of the realities of project management - along with the full complement of automated project
management tools you need to implement your new understanding. ($59.95)
